Digital contents and digital assets are the core of DTV operators. DtvBSM helps operators to manage the full lifecycle of digital assets including contract preparation, contract signing; house master management; content definition; content acquisition; content movements and content location management etc.
DtvBMS manages the contracts that operators signed with content providers, and defines the signing information, contract type, contract terms and profit-spliting strategies.

Content providers can provide contents in different formats. DtvBMS manages all the copies of the contents from the moment the content arrives the facility, and keep tracks of any replications along with the information of quality assurance.
Content definition is the process of define the metadata for the content, including content synopsis, content playout information, licensing, content stream composition, content buying information and etc. DtvBMS facilitates the operators' process of content definition by manual or automatic input.
- Content Movement Management
The essence of DTV operating is to manage the digital content, and move the content from the digital archive, to playout storage, and then to playout devices, and transmit the content to the viewers' devices. DtvBMS manages and keeps track of the content's movement among different devices.
- Content Location Management
Digital contents are stored in different level of storage and physical storage devices. DtvBMS keeps track of the location of the digital contents and the check-in and check-out processes.
